The summer is not over yet. There is still things to do in Chicago before your kiddos head back to school. This Summer I pushed myself to get outside a little more than normal. And I am so happy that I have just been getting up and going because Chicago has so much to offer. I have experienced so much with my family and friends this Summer by just getting up and going. Family-friendly event and enjoy star gazing through telescopes, camping out in tents and making s’mores. This event is co-sponsored by PDNA and Kids Science Lab. It is for all ages and it is free!

Ashley HomeStores wants to reach out to local communities to celebrate the season with it’s Free Summer Family Fest! The activities include contests and fun projects such as slime making. Guest will meet local authors and eat ice cream to help beat the heat. There will also be raffles and giveaways and instore discounts throughout the day. I plan on attending the Broadview location Sunday hope to see you and the family!
