About Carpe Librum:
Carpe Librum (“seize the book“) is a book selling space operated by Turning the Page, a nonprofit organization that provides family engagement programs for Chicago Public Schools, which I participated in for a few years as a parent. It’s such a great program. All books, CDs, DVDs, and vinyl records for sale at Carpe Librum locations are donated by the public and all proceeds go straight back to supporting Turning the Page’s programs.
It’s free! Register here. Come shop, eat & sip tonight.
